    • Family members called her Jean. Per Jane Perchinske, she had no children.

      Unable to determine if Jean divorced her first husband or I have the incorrect death date of her first husband. Records show her last name as Hendrickson on her father's estate records. Her first husband is listed as deceased in 1978.

      Per Uncle Tom, Aunt Jean's second marriage was to a man who lost his mother at a young age and used to live with American Indians until the authorities removed him and placed him with another family. Her husband grew up learning to be a Ranch cowboy. He eventually moved to Las Vegas to become a short order cook. Aunt Jean was a waitress in LV and that is how they met.

      Uncle Tom mentioned that Aunt Jean died of melanoma (skin cancer). He said that she was misdiagnosed. Flew back home to Cleveland where the Cleveland Clinic helped diagnose the issue but it was too late at that time to recover.

Pijaczynski Spelling Transition

The Pijzaczynski family name changed many times over the years. In Polish records, Andrew’s surname appeared as Peczynski. He had six children in Poland and five in the United States. After immigrating, his last name varied on documents such as census records, deeds, and death certificates, before his children in the U.S. eventually adopted the name Perchinske. Rumor had it that teachers could not spell the name correctly and eventually his children became Perchinske.

Fredrick Brug Jr lived in Bundenthal Germany where he held the title of Count under Emperor Kaiser Wilhelm I during the period of 1878 to 1883.
